Soil aggregates are a crucial constituent of soil and have significant function in regulating water, nutrients, air, heat within the soil. The development is influenced by various factors, including soil’s parent material human activities. Understanding formation mechanism stabilization great significance study development, managing organic carbon pools soils, promoting fertility. In this study, aeolian sandy with low degree compound formed combining soft rock were selected as research objects. We three time points from 0 to 9 years after amendment order investigate changes aggregate cementing agents. shape both types soils was analyzed environmental scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), which also used assess appearance quantify composition mineral elements on cross section aggregate. results show that when compounded mixed, clay minerals change microstructure original single granular barrier one characterized cumulative porous structure, indicating promote form good structural properties. agents mainly minerals, aluminum, iron, calcium. comparison presence iron calcium notably elevated. oxides present serve similar “bolts” aggregates. These findings establish theoretical foundation for investigating process mechanisms contribute their stabilization.
